and then create a chat widget, and copy the html code:

And then go to "Site Config"->"Multi-Lang Config", and then select the language to config ( the live chat will be enable on this language interface )

Scroll to bottom of page, and paste the copied code into "@website-statistics-code", and then click "Save".

 Well done, now your website supports live chat with customers.
